Meanwhile, a low-pressure system will track south of the Shenandoah Valley from today into Tuesday. A second low, advancing from the Tennessee Valley toward the Mid-Atlantic coast, is expected to bring an increased chance of rain from Wednesday into Thursday. By the start of next weekend, high pressure is likely to build across the southeastern United States.
