HARRISONBURG,, Va – Residents in the Friendly City will see a 3-cent increase in their real estate tax rate.

City Council unanimously passed the rate for the upcoming fiscal year to be at 96 cents per $100 of assessed value.

The increase will go into effect on July 1st.

The Council also unanimously passed the Fiscal Year 2023-24 at Tuesday night’s regular meeting.
