HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – A couple of cold fronts will approach the Shenandoah Valley over the next several days, bringing clouds and a chance for a little rain. High pressure will move away from the valley today as the first front approaches on Thursday. A southerly flow of air will increase the temperatures and humidity and combined with the approaching front, could lead to thunderstorms, The chance of severe thunderstorms will exist. A second, stronger cold front, is expected to bring clouds and a chance of more showers and thunderstorms on Saturday. High pressure, cooler temperatures and lower humidity, returns for Sunday and into next week.
