HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The upper level low that brought inches of rain and flooding to the Shenandoah Valley on Tuesday, will slowly exit the area today. Another low in the middle part of the country will head north on Thursday and keep the threat of a shower or thunderstorm in the forecast for Thursday and Friday, although rainfall totals are not expected to exceed and couple tenths of an inch.
