FOREST, Va. (BC Athletics) – Jaden Alsberry, Riley Corcoran and Jay Garcia earned spots on the All-ODAC teams announced by the league office Thursday morning.

Alsberry earned a spot on the first team, while Corcoran and Garcia each were named to the second team.

The graduate student from Strasburg made her fifth season one to remember. Alsberry crossed the 1,000 career point plateau during the grind of the season and climbed up the BC career charts in rebounds (third) and blocks (third). Jaden led the ODAC in field goal percentage (48.3%) while averaging a career-high 12.5 points per game in her fifth year in crimson and gold. Aslberry also tallied a career-best 81.4% clip from the charity stripe and earned a First Team selection for the first time in her career after landing spots on the second and third teams previously.

Corcoran earns her second-consecutive second team all-conference selection after anchoring one of the nation’s best scoring defenses. The junior from Chapel Hill, N.C. ranked third in the ODAC in free throw percentage and was one of the league’s best on the defensive end all season long as she matched her career-high of 45 steals. Corcoran set a new best of 59 assists throughout the campaign and added several highlight-reel plays including the game winning basket against Guilford earlier this year.

Garcia earned her first all-conference nod after setting that as a goal heading into the 202-25 season. The junior from Harrisonburg, Va. set career highs all across the stat sheet including five double-doubles and averaging 10.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game. Garcia anchored the Eagles’ biggest wn of the season as her 26 points and 13 rebounds led the Eagles past then No. 6 Washington and Lee. Garcia ranked fifth in the ODAC in free throw percentage, fourth in rebounds and sixth in blocks on her way to her first All-ODAC accolade.

The Eagles started 2024-25 with their best opening to a campaign in over a decade. BC sits with a 21-5 overall record and finished second in the ODAC regular season standings. Bridgewater currently awaits its fate as the squad sits on th bubble of the NCAA Tournament. The selection show is slated for Monday at 2 p.m. on NCAA.org
