HARRISONBURG VA:(ROCKTOWN NOW) – A strong low will bring clouds and snow to the area today, with 1-3 inches of snow expected in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County as well as Augusta County and the southern Shenandoah Valley.  Shenandoah County and the northern valley will see 3-6 inches of snow.  Arctic high pressure builds in Sunday night into Monday, bringing extreme cold for the first half of the week.
