Enoch D. Roach, 69, of Elkton, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024. He was born October 4, 1954 in Harrisonburg and was the son of the late Enoch and Mary (Raynes) Roach.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his late wife, Lorraine Hensley and his sister, Faye Jones.

Doug attended Montevideo High School where he was an avid sportsman participating in football and baseball. He carried his love of sports throughout his life, playing softball for many years and keeping up with current sporting events. Doug was an exceptionally skilled craftsman; sharp and witty. He was a fierce card and poker player. Doug was a very generous and giving person who devoted many hours helping those in his community.

He is survived by his daughter, Kyla Brinkman and husband, Joshua; son, Seth Roach; two grandsons; niece, Becky Jones; his “Angel”, companion and caregiver, Polly Monger.

A Memorial Service will be conducted 11 o’clock, Friday, September 20, 2024 at Mercy Seat Church in Elkton with Pastor Wayne Taylor officiating.
