UPDATE: A man suffered head trauma following a collision this morning in Harrisonburg.

According to online records, Elizabeth Keegan of Maurertown reached a plea deal with prosecutors during a pre-trial hearing Monday in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people after a cross-county pursuit through Augusta and Rockbridge counties on Sunday.

UPDATE: The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office says Xavier Steencken has been safely located.

Police are searching for a runaway 16-year-old juvenile from Greenville.
