Ashanti Barnes saved her best for her final home game, tying her career high of 29 points with 16 rebounds to help lead James Madison women’s basketball to a 72-56 wire-to-wire victory over Coastal Carolina on Senior Day to wrap up Sun Belt Conference play.

James Madison softball (7-6) opened its tenure during the Lakeside Book Company Invitational with an offensive clinic, overwhelming Buffalo (5-12) 11-2 in just five innings at Veterans Memorial Park Friday afternoon.

A Jacob Amman single in the bottom of the 10th inning walked off James Madison baseball to give College of Charleston an 8-7 victory on Friday night at Fluor Field.

Cliff Davis recorded his third straight 20-point game, Preston Fowler notched a career-high 20 points, and James Madison men’s basketball won its sixth straight game, defeating Georgia Southern 82-66 on Wednesday night at the Atlantic Union Bank Center.
