UPDATE: Thousands of outages reported across Augusta County as a result of Hurricane Helene

According to the Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative’s Outage Map, of 3 p.m. Friday, more than 3,900 of their customers, most of whom are in Augusta County, are without power.
