JMU to honor outgoing president and retiring employees by renaming campus building and streets

The Board of Visitors voted Friday to rename Spotswood Hall after President Jonathan Alger and two streets after Athletics Director Jeff Bourne and Vice President of Access and Enrollment Donna Harper, respectively.
