Bridgewater baseball dropped the first game of the double elimination ODAC finals round against No. 2 seeded Randolph-Macon by a score of 5-4 Thursday night.

The RHSPCA responded to the situation and were able to rescue 15 dogs that were in the most critical condition and are now at the shelter. Over the coming weeks, they plan to bring the rest of the dogs to safety.
