Sheriff’s Lieutenant Leslie Snyder reports that after a very lengthy investigation, the child’s death was ruled “Homicide” by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
Jay Matthew Kenyon was convicted Tuesday, October 1, in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia on five charges, including felony civil disorder.
