New York man sentenced in Augusta County for I-81 tractor-trailer theft attempt

According to online records. Jacob Falso of Freeville, New York, reached a plea deal with prosecutors by pleading guilty to five of the seven charges against him, including felony eluding. Falso, 31, was sentenced this week in Augusta County Circuit Court.
