The Bridgewater College football team fell to Shenandoah 24-21 on Saturday afternoon.
Junior Kennedy Louisell recorded 37 kills, setting a James Madison single-match record, as the Dukes rallied from a 14-12 fifth-set deficit to defeat Georgia State (15-25, 28-26, 25-21, 25-27, 16-14) in Sun Belt Conference volleyball action on Saturday at the Convocation Center.
The show will run from October 10 through October 19.

Three James Madison players finished with 15 or more kills as the Dukes dispatched a pesky Georgia State squad in four sets (30-28, 26-28, 25-20, 25-23) on Friday evening at the Convocation Center.
Bridgewater College women’s volleyball got through Averett in straight sets Friday night at home. With the win, the Eagles extend their conference winning streak to four including four consecutive wins in straight sets.
No. 19 James Madison scored three goals in the game’s first eight minutes to roll past Ball State, 5-0, in Mid-American Conference field hockey action on Friday afternoon at the JMU Field Hockey Complex.
The film will be screened in the Detwiler Auditorium, located at 1501 Virginia Ave. in Harrisonburg, on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Christ United Methodist Church in Staunton.
Some events include cooking demos, a tractor visit and a petting zoo.
