SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A wanted Strasburg man was arrested on Thursday after a traffic stop was conducted in the Edinburg area.
The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office says the passenger, identified as 48-year-old Wesley Carlyle Tobin Jr. was trying to conceal himself in the vehicle. He was wanted for one count of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance and three counts of failure to pay child support. In addition to those charges, he was charged with another count of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
SCSO says deputies arrested Tobin and transported him to the Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren (RSW) Regional Jail where he is being held without bond.
