AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Verona man who was arrested last week on rape charges will remain in jail for the foreseeable future.
Bryan Glenn Andes was denied bond during a hearing Wednesday morning in Augusta County Circuit Court.
The 57-year-old Andes faces five charges, including two counts of taking indecent liberties of a child and rape of a victim less than 13 years old.
The alleged offenses date all the way back to January 1st, 1999, through January 30th the following year.
Andes is scheduled to be back in court on June 27th for a plea hearing.
