ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — Valley Roofing & Exteriors has officially relocated from its former Harrisonburg location to a brand-new facility in Rockingham County.
The move marks an important milestone for the company’s growth after 22 years and strengths its ability to support homeowners and businesses with faster response time, improved logistics, and enhanced customer experience.
“Our new location has been a dream in the making for years. In the past, we were spread out across the Valley and didn’t have enough room for everyone in one spot. Now we are all here at one location, communication and connection are much better,” said Anson Martin, CEO at Valley Roofing & Exteriors.
“We are a growing company. This location will allow us to continue to serve more people in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. People want a strong local company that employs good local people, provides the best service and the best value for their home. We are ready to take all that to the next level.”
The new facility is designed to support Valley Roofing & Exteriors’ day-to-day operations and long-term growth, including more room for materials and equipment to streamline project scheduling, improved coordination for crews and project managers to keep jobs moving smoothly, and a more convenient hub for serving Rockingham County, Harrisonburg, and the Shenandoah Valley.
Valley Roofing & Exteriors new location is at 5200 South Valley Pike in Rockingham.
