There is a slight risk some storms today may reach severe levels with hail and damaging winds possible. The best chance for severe storms forming will be north of the Shenandoah Valley. Drier conditions will arrive with the Labor Day weekend, as high pressure drops south, out of the Great Lakes, this weekend into next week.
