HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — One of the members of the nationwide criminal organization, Felony Lane Gang, will spend three months in jail.
Elizabeth Tweedy pleaded guilty to three charges during a hearing Thursday morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court. One of those charges was felony child possession.
A judge then sentenced Tweedy to two years and nine months in jail with two years and six months suspended.
Tweedy was one of three people arrested in December in the parking lot of Home Depot in Harrisonburg as part of a large-scale financial crime ring.
Kristen Breen was already sentenced to two months in jail for her role and Timothy Capelle has a grand jury hearing set for April 20, 2026.
