SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) – An Edinburg man who was arrested last month on child pornography charges has additional charges.

Shenandoah County Sheriff Tim Carter reported that additional charges have been levied against Corey Brock Hamman, including five counts of bestiality to go with the three counts of possession of child pornography he was already facing.

Carter stated the arrest followed a months-long investigation that began when the sheriff’s office received a tip on December 27th regarding the possession of child sexual abuse material in the Edinburg area.

Carter added that the 31-year-old Hamman was identified as the suspect and investigators conducted a search warrant at his home on Lake drive.

He remains in custody pending an arraignment hearing on May 16 in general district court.
