West Virginia has announced a new, state-wide partnership with an online tutoring service that comes with no charge no age restrictions for Mountain State residents.
During a press briefing yesterday with Governor Jim Justice, Randall Reid-Smith, curator of the state’s Department of Arts, Culture and History, explained what happens when folks log on to TutorWV.com.

He said that in addition to prep for college admissions tests and homework help, the service also offers training for G-E-D exams and the military ASVAB test.
Potential doctors and lawyers can also get help training for the MCAT and LSAT admissions tests.
