The Shenandoah County man who admitted to setting a fire to an antique structure last summer could finally learn his fate today.
According to online records, Ray Kerns of Toms Brook has a sentencing hearing scheduled for this morning in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.
The former Woodstock firefighter from Toms Brook pled guilty in March to arson of an unoccupied building and entering a dwelling with intent to commit arson. Both counts are felonies.
Last August 12th, the 37-year-old Kerns set ablaze a 120-year-old building on West Locust Street in Woodstock.
Two previous sentencing hearings have been delayed.
