Virginia State Police have charged the man who is accused of causing a fatal five-car crash earlier this month in Culpeper County.

Sergeant Brent Coffey reports that Steven Rose of Amissville (Ay-MISS-ville) was charged with a felony count of D-U-I involuntary manslaughter and a felony count of D-U-I maiming in connection with the crash that occurred on October 4th.

The 45-year-old Rose was taken into custody at his home without incident on Tuesday and transported to the Culpeper County Jail where he is being held without bond.
