RICHMOND VA: (WSVA) – Tis the season for gift-giving and the Virginia Lottery as well as the Virginia Council on Problem Gambling are reminding everyone to gift responsibly.
In fact, the lottery has produced a public service announcement entitled “Bad Gift Ideas” and is using social media to help get the message across to Virginians.

Lottery officials added that it is against state law to give lottery tickets to minors.
