PENDLETON COUNTY WV: (WSVA) Fire crews in West Virginia continue battling that wildfire in Pendleton County.
The latest information from the U-S Forest Service shows that Heavener Ridge fire has burned around 150 acres about three miles east of Brandywine.
There were as many as 50 firefighters on scene working to contain the blaze, which has now been burning for two days. The cause remains under investigation.
The West Side Shooting Range is closed to provide for public health and safety. Forest Service Road 151 is also closed south of Stony Run.
