A Hopewell woman was arrested in Shenandoah County after authorities say she sold fentanyl to an undercover agent.
In a release, the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office said investigators with the Northwest Regional Drug Task Force conducted a controlled buy with 35-year-old Danielle Marie Bryant near New Market.
Following the sale, officers initiated a traffic stop and arrested Bryant on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Around 30 grams of fentanyl were seized during the sell-and-stop, worth roughly 3-thousand dollars.
She was released on a 75-hundred-dollar bond, with a general district court date set for June 9th.
