The Page County man accused of intentionally setting a fire inside a Harrisonburg business earlier this summer will have his day in court.
Brandon Wayne Williams of Shenandoah was indicted by a Rockingham County Circuit Court grand jury on two felony arson charges during a hearing on Monday afternoon.
According to online records, a judge then set a February 23rd, 2024, trial date.
The 39-year-old Williams allegedly started the fire inside Gabe’s on East Market Street back on June 29th. That fire caused an estimated 30-thousand dollars in damage and sent two employees to the hospital.
He was arrested on July 4th following an investigation.
