HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – An initial court appearance has been delayed for the victim in April’s alleged robbery at a Harrisonburg 7-Eleven who is now facing charges of his own.

Travis Storme Fogle was scheduled for a 9 a.m. hearing this morning in Harrisonburg-Rockingham General District Court. However, online records show that both camps agreed to continue the hearing until July 10.

Fogle, 35, of Moorefield, West Virginia, is charged with one count of malicious shooting after authorities accused him of firing recklessly at a vehicle that was being driven away by his suspected robber.

The driver, Tevin White of Louisiana, was arrested in Pennsylvania after fleeing the scene. According to court records, a hearing for White has not yet been scheduled.
