High pressure will shift offshore today. Meanwhile, an upper
level ridge will gradually build into the region this week
cresting over the area Thursday. Warm weather will return
through mid-week as a result. A potent storm system will cross
the area Thursday with the associated cold front crossing the
area Thursday night. High pressure returns for the end of the
week.
