The 28-year-old is accused of forcing a 23-year-old ex-girlfriend into a vehicle outside her South Avenue apartment just after 1:45 Monday afternoon.

According to Parks, he then drove the woman outside city the limits, holding her at gunpoint and “forcing conversation” for about an hour. He then returned the woman to her home unharmed.
