SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A Strasburg man was arrested on Saturday after an alleged assault on Friday.

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Oranda Road in Strasburg where they conducted an investigation.

SCSO says the investigation led to them obtaining multiple arrest warrants that were executed on Saturday, July 25.

The following warrants were obtained and served on Joseph Alexander Germain (26 years old, of Strasburg, VA):

18.2-57: Domestic Assault
18.2-282: Brandishing a Firearm
18.2-308: Possession of a Firearm after having been convicted of a felony
18.2-460: Obstruction of Justice

Germain is being held without bond at Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren (RSW) Regional Jail.
