BROADWAY, VA (Rocktown Now) — A West Virginia man is now in custody on charges related to an alleged stalking incident in Broadway.

Corporal Carsen Frey said authorities received a report yesterday of home security footage depicting an unknown man yelling at the backdoor of a vacant house located on Elm Street.

“He was threatening the individual that owned the house — that he was going to come after him and come inside the home,” Frey said. “He then left and then he came back to the home again. He did have a handgun when he came back to the home.”

Frey reports that the suspect was identified less than twenty-four hours later as Langdon Lee Price of Mathias, WV and was arrested shortly after 12:30 PM today, June 16, 2026, thanks to tips from the community.

The 61-year-old Price now faces two counts of stalking and two counts of interfering with the property rights of another.
