WAYNESBORO, Va – It is four years and seven months in prison for a Waynesboro man in connection with a shooting last fall.

Gage William Mayne pleaded guilty back in May to three charges, including malicious wounding.

Online records showed that the 28-year-old Mayne was sentenced to 30 years in prison during a hearing Friday afternoon in Waynesboro Circuit Court. However, a judge suspended nearly 25 and a half of those years.

The incident happened last October 16th in the 25-hundred block of Village Drive.
