STAUNTON, Va – Travis Brown has been found guilty on all eight charges stemming from the disappearance and presumed death of three-year-old Khaleesi Cuthriell.

An Augusta County Circuit Court jury returned the verdicts Wednesday afternoon after deliberating for several hours.

Among the charges in which the 31-year-old Staunton man was convicted of include murder and concealing a dead body. He will be sentenced in February of next year.

Interestingly, the trial was expected to last until Friday. However, after the prosecution finished arguing its case, the defense did not present any evidence.

Both sides then delivered their closing arguments in the morning and the jury began deliberating by midday.

A separate trial for her other caretaker, Candi Jo Royer, is scheduled for October 16th. She faces the same eight charges as Brown.
