HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – Snow lovers may be upset, but I think most of us here in the Shenandoah Valley will be glad to know the chance for measurable snow if low this weekend. The cold Arctic air will continue through Sunday night before we warm about freezing on Monday. Temperatures will remain cold next week, but we’re looking at 30’s and teens and twenties for lows, not the single digits we’ve put up with for the last few weeks. The next full moon is Sunday. According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac The Full Snow Moon, will occur on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
