HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – An Arctic front will sweep into the Shenandoah Valley late tonight, bringing a burst of snow and bitterly cold temperatures through Sunday. Behind the front, gusty winds will drive temperatures sharply lower, with wind chill values dropping into the teens and even single digits by late Sunday afternoon. High pressure of Arctic origin will settle over the region Monday before shifting offshore Tuesday, setting the stage for a pattern change and a gradual warm-up through the middle and end of next week.
