AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred last Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in Augusta County.

Spokesman Matt Demlein says that at around 9:40pm, a 2018 Hyundai Kona was travelling westbound on Mill Race Road, east of the intersection with Route 11, when the Hyundai went off of the left side of the road and struck a pillar.  The vehicle then caught fire.

The driver of the Hyundai, 27-year-old Camden R. Wolfe, of Harrisonburg, died at the scene.  Wolfe was wearing a seatbelt. 

The crash remains under investigation.
