AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — UPDATE: Erica Ortiz has been safely located.

The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help with locating a missing person who was last seen on September 9, 2025 at her Crimora residence, but was reported today by a family member.

39-year-old Erica Dawn Ortiz is a white female who is 5’4″ in height and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. Her whereabouts are unknown.
