HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Harrisonburg Public Works has announced utility work that begins Tuesday and will cause lane closures and potential delays for the rest of the week.
Sanitary sewer construction will take place near Pleasant Hill Road and Willow Hill Drive Tuesday through Friday, according to an online statement.
Daytime work will take place from 8:00am until 5:00pm each day of the project.
Operations require the closure of the westbound travel lane; however, the road will remain open to through-traffic by means of flagging operations.
Officials ask drivers to be patient and cautious when traveling through work zones.
