HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Today will be one of the hottest days the Shenandoah Valley has seen in a while. Although the humidity has made it feel like the 90s, the air temperature has been mainly in the 80’s.  Today will will most likely reach into the low 90’s and some spots reaching the mid 90’s this afternoon.  A cold front will move over the valley tonight into Monday morning, bringing cooler temperatures.  The front is expected stay over us through mid week and that could lead to showers and thunderstorms each day. By the end of the week, a high is expected to move in, lessening the chance for rain.
