STAUNTON VA (Rocktown Now) — Live bluegrass music is playing at Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand every Wednesday for the months of July and August. 

All concerts start at 7:00pm and 8:00pm, rain or shine! Hosted by Staunton Parks and Recreation. 

Here are the dates for July and August: 

  • July 9th at 7:00pm is Westwind Bluegrass, followed by the Mark Templeton Band at 8:00pm 
  • July 16th at 7:00pm is Grassy Ridge, followed by the Kody Norris Show at 8:00pm 
  • July 23rd at 7:00pm is Hickory Ridge, followed by the Kevin Prater Band at 8:00pm 
  • July 30th at 7:00pm is Blue Range Bluegrass, followed by Nothin Fancy at 8:00pm 
  • August 6th at 7:00pm is Last Minute Band, followed by Blue Ridge Thunder at 8:00pm 
  • August 13th at 7:00pm is Southern Rail Express followed by Danny Paisley – Southern Grass at 8:00pm 
  • August 20th at 7:00pm is Virginia Rain Bluegrass followed by Kentucky Just Us at 8:00pm 
  • August 27th at 7:00pm is Westwind Bluegrass followed by Bluegrass Brothers at 8:00pm
