HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Blue Ridge Powersports is hosting their 10th annual “Ride to Fight Suicide” this Saturday, June 14.

The Ride will provide resources, support, and comfort for those who have lost family members who have passed due to suicide, and to promote understanding of mental health challenges.

To participate, there is a $20 bike entry fee and only $5 for passengers. All proceeds will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Mission 22 and the Virginia First Responder Support Services.

The registration begins at 8:00am and the ride begins at 9:30am.

There will be a silent auction, live music from “Back in Time,” raffles, food, drinks and more. This event is also family friendly.

The location of the event is at Blue Ridge Powersports, located at 20 Heritage Dr., Harrisonburg.

The Ride is sponsored by Brotherhood on Wheels, the Blue Ridge Chapter.
