HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Westover Pool in Harrisonburg will not open as schedule for the Memorial Day Weekend.

City officials said more pool preparations are needed to move forward at this time due to water conservation efforts that were in place over the past week for the Water Treatment Plant.

The pool will now open the following weekend on May 31.
