HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – High pressure will briefly return to the Shenandoah Valley today, followed by the passage of a secondary cold front early Monday morning. By early next week, high pressure will become established to the north. A strong low-pressure system is expected to move through the region by midweek.
