WAYNESBORO, VA (Rocktown Now) — A Waynesboro man has been arrested for alleged involvement in several commercial burglaries and associated larcenies.
Waynesboro Police said their Investigations Division is actively investigating the incidents, and as a result of the on-going investigation, 28-year-old James McClaugherty has been charged in connection.
McClaugherty faces a total of 17 criminal charges including 5 counts of felony breaking and entering with the intent to commit larceny, 6 misdemeanor counts of petit larceny, 1 misdemeanor count of entering or setting in motion a vehicle, and 5 misdemeanor counts of intentional damage to property.
