HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) – Monday is the filing deadline for personal property returns for taxpayers operating businesses in Harrisonburg.

The City is reminding taxpayers that they are required to list furniture, fixtures, equipment, and all other tangible property used to conduct business, and the list must be attached to the business personal property return.

A separate return must be filed for each business location.

Any return filed after March 31st will be assessed a 10% penalty.
