HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — Nighttime traffic signal work will take place on East Market Street and Reservoir Street Thursday evening, February 26 and Friday evening, February 27. Work will take place from 9:00pm until 7:00am when traffic is light.

Harrisonburg Public Works says during work:

– Sterling Street will be closed from East Market Street to East Elizabeth Street

– Reservoir Street will be closed from Myers Avenue to East Market Street

– East Market Street will be reduced to one lane near work zone but open to through traffic

East Elizabeth Street and Myers Avenue will remain open to through traffic during work for vehicular traffic to maneuver around the closure. Thank you in advance for traveling cautiously around the work zone as nighttime conditions can reduce visibility.
