UNDATED – Sixth District Congressman Ben Cline says the President appeared to have lost a step when giving his State of the Union speech on Tuesday night.

Cline said on the Mike Schikman Show Wednesday that President Joe Biden, who is 80 years old, was just jumping from topic to topic and throwing things out there with no basis of reality.

“The confusing thing for me was the President jumping from angry, yelling old man to creepy, whispering old man,” Cline said. It went from yelling to whisper, yelling to whisper and he did not do a good job of getting his point across.

Cline stressed that Republicans do not want to cut entitlement programs like Social Security and he added that he couldn’t believe that the president said the country would not need any oil in about 10 years, citing with the use plastics, roads and tires, oil will be around a lot longer than 10 years.
