HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – A broad Arctic high-pressure system will settle over the north-central U.S. this week. Concurrently, a low-pressure area will develop over the Mississippi River Valley by midweek, moving towards the Carolinas and then up the East Coast from Wednesday into Thursday.
